- We observe a strict halal policy. No pork/alcohol is allowed in premises. Please keep it in mind.
- No food & drink allowed in bedroom. Please keep the bedroom clean.
- No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
- Please turn off the air-cond, pipes & lights when you go out.
- No smoking & vaping inside the house. Please do outside the house & keep it clean.
- No pets allowed in the premises.
- In Malaysia, it is culture to take off shoes & slippers when entering the house. Please respect it.
- Please don’t bring strong smell food/thing inside the house. If a must, put it outside the house.
- Do not discard/throw trash of any kind in toilet. Keep bathroom clean & functional.
- Please make the place you stay clean & tidy.
- No threat weapon, no drugs & no smoking strictly in the premises.
- No drunk & drinking people prohibited in the premises.
- Yes, we have free Wi-Fi. Please fill free to use it. Apologize if the coverage not as expected.
- No spitting in whole premises.
- Please don’t pick or step on plants.
- Keep the kitchen clean after used.
- Please empty the fridge when you check-out.
- Close all the windows & doors before you leave.
- There is BBQ Pit, please take it care and clean it up after use.
